COVID-19 has brought attention to the inequities embedded in our communities, including issues such as health care, employment, food insecurities and housing. Access to education is among these concerns, as ensuring that all students have technological support is essential to facilitating virtual learning. This competition seeks proposals for temporary, movable support centers that can be distributed in Springfield neighborhoods, providing pop-up educational facilities with both technological and physical resources.
