We Create is an annual community design competition aimed at addressing topics such as sustainability, public space, public transportation, and community equity. For the inaugural event in 2020, teams were challenged to imagine innovative solutions for a bus shelter; to provide a more dignified and comfortable public space for transit users.

Five teams of students, designers, artists and architects presented their concepts to the public as well as a jury of four professionals from the fields of design, planning, and transportation.
